About Us
Bridge Community Development was founded by James Broadhead to bridge the gap between client expectations and project outcomes. With over a decade of experience in construction and capital project development, James noticed that many development consultants were limiting their clients to one construction method and tying them to specific service offerings.
Successful projects require careful consideration of all options, including various project contracts, construction methods and funding flows - all while giving clients a strong voice throughout the process. Bridge was created because of our deep-rooted commitment to championing the needs of Indigenous, rural and remote communities. These communities, often overshadowed by urban centres, have significant needs that we are dedicated to addressing.
Our mandate is simple—we exist to empower our clients by providing independent, unbiased consultancy that utilizes all available tools to deliver quality structures for clients and communities on their terms.
