Cathy’s Early Learning Centre is an 82-space permanent modular childcare facility delivered under a CCDC 5B construction management contract in a remote location accessible only by forestry roads — a logistical challenge that Bridge met with careful planning and precision coordination at every stage.
From the earliest community engagement sessions through to design, governance, funding, procurement, modular production, logistics, site construction, and commissioning, Bridge worked closely with the community to ensure the facility reflected their values and met their long-term needs. The project integrated every phase of delivery into a single, cohesive program centred on the community’s vision.
The centre supports cultural revitalization, family wellbeing, and long-term community growth — providing a safe, high-quality early learning environment for children whose families have long envisioned this type of dedicated space. It stands as one of our proudest examples of what is possible when community vision meets thoughtful project delivery.
