Ten single-family homes delivered for Esk’etemc First Nation using modular construction methods in a semi-remote Cariboo location from contract award to occupancy in just six months. Each home provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen, built to Step Code 3 energy efficiency standards, ensuring families have comfortable, durable, and energy-efficient homes for generations to come.
Bridge coordinated every aspect of delivery from modular production to transportation, site preparation, and final installation ensuring the community’s housing goals were met on time and with the quality Esk’etemc families deserved. The project expanded housing capacity within the Nation and demonstrated that high-performance housing can be delivered quickly and efficiently, even in remote settings.
Bridge was honoured to work alongside Esk’etemc First Nation in providing ten families with safe, warm, and energy-efficient homes that reflect the community’s pride and the Nation’s vision for a stronger future.
