The Sts’ailes Community Housing development is a six-home residential project delivered using modular modern methods of construction, progressing from contract award to occupancy in just six months. The development involved coordinated off-site fabrication, transportation, site development, installation, and commissioning, along with the creation of a brand-new residential subdivision and significant upgrades to the community’s water infrastructure.
