The Telmexw Healing Homes are two treatment-centre buildings delivered under a CCDC 5A construction management contract, using prefabricated structural insulated panel (SIP) construction. Set in a remote location, the project demanded meticulous coordination across design, panel fabrication, transportation, site access, crane operations, and final assembly, all while navigating challenging off-site servicing and infrastructure upgrades needed to support the development.
These facilities are designed to be more than treatment spaces, they are healing environments. Combining high-performance building-envelope systems with flexible layouts and culturally responsive spaces, the Telmexw Healing Homes support healthcare, treatment, and healing services in a setting that honours the traditions and values of Sts’ailes Nation.
Bridge was proud to deliver these facilities with the care and craftsmanship that Sts’ailes community members deserve, bringing a long-held vision for community-centred healing closer to home.
